Last week, we had the privilege of welcoming our colleagues from around the globe to our headquarters in Vienna for our 2024 General Meeting. It was an exciting and engaging week, where we came together as one team to connect, reflect, and strategize for the future.

The week kicked off on Monday with a series of productive meetings that set the tone for the rest of the days. Tuesday was dedicated to the Regional Teams Meetings. These smaller meetings provided a platform for open discussions, enabling teams to share best practices, innovative ideas, and problem-solving approaches tailored to the specific needs of their markets. By aligning regionally, we were able to set clearer action plans and collectively support each other in our pursuit of operational excellence.

On Thursday and Friday, we held our General Meeting, where we spent time reviewing our strategic goals, discussing key market trends in a panel, and sharing ideas on how to handle the challenges of a changing global market.

In addition to the business discussions, we also emphasized the importance of building strong connections. We included team-building activities that encouraged collaboration, strengthened relationships, and reinforced unity within our global ROXCEL team. These activities helped us better understand and appreciate each team member’s unique strengths, reinforcing our commitment to working together toward our common goals.
