ROXCEL continues to ensure sustainability and due diligence across all levels of our operations.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of responsible product sourcing, ensuring our operations align with global sustainability criteria and recognized certification requirements. Since 2006, we have traded under the PEFC and FSC® guidelines.

Respect for Human and Labour Rights
We uphold human rights and labour standards, including fair wages, safe workplaces, and zero tolerance for child or forced labour.
Deforestation-Free Supply Chains
We are committed to sourcing deforestation-free, legally compliant, and traceable materials in line with EU regulations.
Indigenous and Local Communities
We respect Indigenous and local communities’ rights in our supply chains through free, prior, and informed consent (FPIC) and provide remediation where necessary.
Integrity and Accountability
We ensure lawful payment of taxes, prevent corruption, and foster ethical, transparent practices across all operations.

Due Diligence and Traceability
We implement a robust system to:
- Assess risks of deforestation, illegality, and rights violations.
- Trace materials to their origin, using geolocation data.
- Prioritize interventions for high-risk suppliers.
Our Responsible Sourcing Policy, endorsed by our executive management, outlines our commitments and measures to achieve these goals. This policy aligns the principles, guidelines and requirements laid out by the EU Regulation on Deforestation-free product (EUDR).

Certification
In order to meet our sourcing Policy and EU legal requirements (EUDR), and reduce risk in our supply chains, ROXCEL Trading will prioritise sourcing products under 3rd party credible certification schemes (FSC, PEFC, etc) when possible.
FSC® Certification
FSC® certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide
environmental, social and economic benefits. Certified products are available on request.

PEFC CERTIFICATION
The approach of PFEC is to nurture forests globally and locally. PEFC works to protect forests by promoting sustainable forest management through certification. This means we can all benefit from the numerous products which forests provide now, while ensuring these forests will be around for generations to come.
We contribute to high standards set via these mandatory agreements by actively ensuring that we not only participate and follow them precisely, but also involve ourselves in promoting positive practices and forwarding our own ideas regarding sustainability to the certifiers.
