My name is Michaela Haas, I started working for Roxcel in 2002 for the Iran Department. As part of the Roxcel family, I have come to realize that Roxcel is a great company; we have a team of highly motivated people who demand and give high performance yet are always there to give support. Roxcel is a fast moving, dynamic company. My managers are both demanding and challenging, but at the same time they empower me and provide me with the support and tools I need to deliver results. With almost 10 years of experience, I have learned a lot about running a highly effective business and still enjoy my work. I learn something new every day; I really enjoy working closely with our customers and suppliers from different cultures, backgrounds and countries, this all adds to making my tasks challenging.
