I joined RMG in 2002, a pleasant start in my career. After a few weeks training I began to support the China Sales Team as an assistant not only in sales but also in administration. With the opportunity of cooperating with all the other sales departments/branches I gained a lot of experience in dealing with customers/suppliers from different cultural backgrounds.
